~Seeing a coyote crossing the snow covered fields, stopping midway, and finding something interesting
~Watching 3 crows--one as lookout and the other two snacking on a find just off the road

~Watching a hawk soar to his perch
~Watching the cloud of starlings burst forth from the field in time with the Christmas music
~Watch dozens of gulls circling the river looking for a meal in the high waters

~Pockets of snow left in shadowy places
~Seeing turkeys and deer and hawks along our way home from church
