The Habit Of Thankfulness: A Few of My Favorite Things

Sept 15th- A few of my favorite things...
~The first leaves of the black-cap raspberries signalling the season is beginning to turn
~Fiery red slowly replacing the verdant greens from tip to trunk on the branches of the staghorn sumac
~My mourning dove couple changing where to watch the sunset as they now have to face almost due west to watch the skies melt from gold to deep blue

~Petunias who get a lovely view of a fountain all day long
~A perfect reflection in a still canal on an evening walk
~Mourning doves flying up to the wire to watch the sunset with me
