~The surprise of two eagles in a field...and a third in a tree!

~Momma Eagle watching Junior taking his quarry up to a waiting branch

~Then noticing Papa Eagle, in the branches above, is watching over Junior while Momma takes a lookout spot from behind

 Feb 21st- A few of my favorite things...

~A snowshoeing hike along a trail open only in winter

~A trip to Harrison Bakery (via Stewarts) to get a cake...but come out with a blueberry pie instead

~A walk to see the eagles along the southern edge of Onondaga Lake...a perfect way to spend the day!
