~A morning at the library being creative with paper, glue, and glass

~Seeing stained glass design in lines and shapes

~Envisioning the creatures hiding in the paper

Jan 16th- A few of my favorite things...

~A piano taking a rest after a day of practice 

~A new set of violin strings awaiting a violinist in the morning 

~A guitarist who has been preparing for tomorrow's rain

Jan 7th- A few of my favorite things...

~Two young artists spending the morning at the library learning to paint a dragon

~Watching the artistic choices of each painter

~Having two paintings of dragons to hang on the wall that are as wonderfully different as night and day

Dec 25th- A few of my favorite things...

~A Christmas breakfast before church in the morning 

~Homemade cookies after a ride to look at Christmas lights

~Warm chestnuts to finish off a lovely Christmas day

Nov 20th- A few of my favorite things...

~The beauty of a distinct lake-effect band of clouds hovering to the north

~A flock of pigeons perched to watch the sunrise to the southeast

~A sunrise with a wee sundog to greet the morning

Nov 3rd- A few of my favorite things...

~Light and fog mingling on an early November morning

~Heavy dew clinging to the last of the mulberry leaves

~Sunlight clearing the fence ready to make the dew disappear to for day

Aug 20th- A few of my favorite things...

~Spending the morning learning all about mushrooms at Mushroom Mania at the Adirondack Experience Museum

~Spending the afternoon on the lake...and being treated to a different plane flying overhead

~Spending the evening seeing "Mrs Harris Goes to Paris"...rounding out a great day to turn 10

July 13th- A few of my favorite things...

~Signs to welcome bicyclists from around the world

~Cheerful girlies to greet these riders with a cold drink for a good cause

~Enjoying the morning from the first to last customers

Mar 7th- A few of my favorite things...

~A cleaning system that gives my old records a spa day

~Cleaning old favorites to give them new life

~A morning spent listening to Dolly Levi
