~Collecting a bowlful of the humble dandelion to make a tasty treat
~Straining the tea from soaking the flowers overnight and turning the liquid into jelly
~The satisfying popping sound of the seals on the jars after their water bath signaling the dandelion jelly is ready to be enjoyed throughout the year

~Mixing them according to the recipe...
~And having delicious dandelion jelly in the end.
(PS- it tastes like honey, but then I guess the bees already know that :-) )
