~Watching the golden leaves flutter to the ground...maybe this is where the leprechauns have obtained their spring hoard?

~Watching the village garden being readied for a long winter's nap

~Colorful trees highlighting the towpath of the Old Erie Canal prism

~An inviting trail to meander and explore all year round

Aug 10th- A few of my favorite things...

~Starting the second annual Celtic Night in Jordan off on a good note with the Dr Tom Dooley Choraliers

~Watching brave dancers from the Johnston School of Irish Dance determinately have a reel good time even with technical difficulties with their music

~The sounds of the City of Syracuse Highland Band ending the night on a performance that did not miss a beat!

Jan 6th- A few of my favorite things...

~Watching the kiddos try new types of strombolis and calzones

~Old favorites like wings, garlic knots, and salad

~The gift of dinner from a friend from Towpath Pizza...Thank you!

~A nativity scene tall

~A nativity scene small

~A nativity scene by the fire hall

Nov 27th- A few of my favorite things...

~Making ornaments to hang on the tree

~Free Candy Canes and Wagon Rides

~And one tree to sparkle above them all...at least in out village

Oct 31st- A few of my favorite things...

~A walk down to Lock 51 to soak in the color of the changing leaves,...

~Spy a few last flowers enjoying autumn with me,  and... 

~Finding a few creatures awaiting spring as fall begins to wind down
