~Watching the sky change from dappled and bright blue in the morning...
~To feathery and light blue in the evening after a cloudy mid-day...
~Only to change into delicate ethereal streaks on a denim canvas less than an hour later

Aug 10th- A few of my favorite things...
~Trying to smile even when the sun makes it hard
~Sunlight turning the tops of the trees into gold
~Golden streaks of highlighted clouds streaking across the sky

  

The girls dropped off the last of their lemonade stand money to

"In My Father's Kitchen"

...and made some artwork for them!

The Golden Hour

Cast gold everywhere...

Streaking across the sky...

Radiating from the west..

Filling the sky...

with golden splendor...

and oranges and blues that words...

barely capture.
