 June 5th- A few of my favorite things...

~Waving hi to the engineer at the beginning of the train

~Feeling the rush of air as the cars whiz by

~The sudden silence that descends as the end of the train clears the relay allowing for the gates to lift

~A trip down the towpath as the land turns a verdant green

~Making it down to the tracks in time hear the clang of the crossing gates coming down...and waving to the engineer

~A sun setting further north of west along the Spring horizon

Apr 30th- A few of my favorite things...
~An impromptu ride with dinner at Lock 51
~Then a ride on further watch for trains on Pump Rd
~Then a wee bit further to Bonta Bridge to get wave from an engineer

Mar 24th- A few of my favorite things...
~Watching the train as it gets nearer to the intersection
~Watching the engineer use a remote from the front of the train
~Pausing to observe trains no matter what time of day it is

~An artist (with an engineer's mind) who got the medium she's been wanting for Christmas...
~That can whip up a jaunty mustache or pair of chic shades...
~Or create fun characters with nothing but a knob for horizontal and a knob for vertical

An opera singer...

A happy snowman...

A quick roadrunner...

a jack-in-the-box...

and a prima ballerina!
