~The color of the sky at the cusp of dawn

~Discovering frost-edged leaves and grasses in the brightening skies

~Watching the sun burst forth over the horizon, knowing that the time of frost's gilding is coming to a close

~Sunlight sparkling on the waves reaching the edge of the shore

~Sunlight stretching out on a lake that seems that fades into the horizon

~A trip down the towpath as the land turns a verdant green

~Making it down to the tracks in time hear the clang of the crossing gates coming down...and waving to the engineer

~A sun setting further north of west along the Spring horizon
